If sending in your pedal for mods, you must fill out the mod request form and mail it with the pedal. We strongly suggest that you send your pedal properly insured.

All services and complete products include a one year warranty for parts and labor. You get a one week satisfaction guarantee for all new pedal purchases, but they must be returned in like new condition. Abuse, neglect, etc. are not included. Kits have no warranty, either expressed or implied. Default shipping method for complete products is USPS Priority. Default shipping method for kits is USPS first class. FedEx, DHL, and UPS Ground are optional upon request. We feature free shipping on domestic orders of $200 or more. International shipping varies up to $35, so please contact Christine or Marilyn for an exact amount -

No cash or personal checks, please. We bear no responsibility for funds not received, so make sure they are insured against loss. Please include product specifics with payment, as well as complete contact information. We can't ship without it!

Kits ship within 24 hours. Premodded pedals are typically shipped within 48 hours. High demand models may take a little longer. Handmade pedals take between 48 hours to 8 business days, depending on number of orders being processed in the shop.

We do not bill you to mod your pedal until it's up on the bench, so you must supply us with a PayPal email address for billing.

It is imperative that you send us a pedal in good working order. If the pedal is DOA, works intermittently, or is clearly visibly damaged, it will be return shipped with a refund minus return shipping charges, without any mods performed.

Your satisfaction is extremely important. If you have any issue with complete products or components in kits, or something happens after the warranty is up, please contact us at support@machineheadpedals.com. We will work with you to provide a reasonable and fair solution. If we're at fault, we'll cover all repair costs and return shipping.
